THE CANCELLATION POLICY
Set tiers from most notice to least — 30 days at no fee, 14 days at 50%, anything shorter at 100%, for instance. The clause is previewed as prose as you edit it, because a tier table and the sentence it produces are not the same thing.
EDITING AND SIGNING
The full text is editable before you download. A template nobody can adjust just gets retyped in Word.
There is no e-signature. Print or email the letter, have it countersigned, then upload the executed copy under Documents.
